Works perfectly, easy install, and IS the original equipment part.
Was a perfect plug-in/bolt-in replacement for the High Note horn (i.e. loud, goes on passenger side) on my 2001 Chevy Suburban. Connectors, cords, and bolts were the same as the original horn, which makes it a simple exercise to install. And please note that FIAMM, the maker of this horn, actually IS the OEM brand installed at the factory. I've included a snapshot of the dead original horn I removed from my Burb - as you can see it's a FIAMM as well. The reason I went with this "ACDelco" labeled one rather than one sold as a FIAMM, is I knew this one would be plug and play, no worries about having to modify or swap parts.

Works great.
Unlike the generic horns that I bought and returned, this includes the wiring harness adapter so you don't need to cut and splice wires. Worth the added cost to avoid butt splices with potential for water damage and poor connections.

Good fit
Fit perfectly. Not as loud as I'd hoped, but it gets the job done. I would recommend this as a good replacement horn.

Low tone for GMT800 trucks
Bolted right up to my 2001 Yukon XL. On my truck, this is the high tone and is located on the passenger side (very easy install). No more weird horn noise from only having the low tone!!!

Top notch
This OEM original fit horn has me honking in dual tones again. My old one was frozen up and rusted out. This was a perfect fit with very litle time to assemble and install. Much more reasonably priced than at the dealers.

WORKS GOOD
Works good but didn't fit my auto. Not very loud but was easy to install. Same as OEM.

Works, But Wiring Not Helpful
The Horn itself works as needed. But as others pointed out, the wiring could be designed better for use with my vehicle (2003 Envoy). I assume it won't be a problem with other vehicles. Anywho, I decided not to bother with the wiring, as I was lucky enough to be able to use the original wiring. I simply replace the horn itself. Symptom: a faulty horn was causing my horn fuse to blow, I decided to replace both the high & low note Horns, no more blown horn fuses. :)

Fits as original.
Added to 2005 GMC Sierra work truck. It didn't come with dual horns , but i found the plug on the harness, plugged it in and works great!
