This is the only case that has worked well for my husband, who has destroyed and broken several phones. It's actually his second time buying this one because somehow he managed to slice through the top layer with a sharp objects, but magically it missed the phone screen itself. Nice! Despite that it was still functional but he wanted it to remain waterproof so we bought a replacement. The only thing is that the fingerprint scanner does not work, but he decided it's not as important to have that feature as it is to protect his phone.

This case is tough and waterproof. I've had it in my pool taking pictures of a leak underwater. Seems to be water tight to 8ft. I am also a heavy equipment mechanic so my phone has been dropped off of loaders and excvators and has stayed protected. I purchased this case a few months ago. Dropped it off a loader and ended up putting a tear into the screen protector. Its not waterproof anymore!! I don't use the figerprint reader so I can't speak of that, but the screen does get exposed to dirt, grime, and petroleum fluids (hydraulic, engine oil, diesel fuel, etc). This leads to the screen getting scratched up, especially when I put in my pocket. Its to be expected. I had an Otter box Defender before this one. My coffee cup fell over on the counter with the phone sitting next to it. The lid ended up smashing the screen because there wasn't any raised edge protection. This case solved that problem. I'm ordering another one because of the torn screen. Well worth the money in my estimation!!

This case is very nice with edge to edge protection, even when the phone falls the indented edges are perfect falls on flat surface, the included wrist band is also useful for extra protection on accidental drops that may be caused. Waterproof was tested and perfectly maintained the inner case to be dry!Cons:1. The screen can be really hard to type on which can cause you to type a little hard and precise, but on the latest phone update you can activate "Touch Sensitivity" which increases touch sensitivity with a screen protector on.2. Make sure when you take your case off, place the screen with the fingerprint sensor in a dry/dust free area which may interfere with the ultrasonic sensor. Another thing I have experienced is that when the case was off and reinstalled it once again, the fingerprint sensor couldn't read anything, so I had to reset it again in the settings and tested out the theory again and after the reinstall, I didn't need to reset it again. Maybe it will going out on your favor.

Case works as advertised! Haven't had any problems! Fit well and I'm happy! Bought this about 3 months back🤝

Pros: Snug fit. No problems with call of people hearing me or me hearing them. Works with my wireless charger. No issues with the camera so far. Seems to be a good tight sealCons: The HUGE problem with the case is that the buttons on the case do not work as they are so tight they hold in the buttons on the phone so that you can not use them. ( like your always depressing the button) I am looking only to keep this case until a replacement is found, sad to spend 20 buck to keep a phone safe until you find a new case. Had they only made the buttons a tad shorter in length, they would not hold constant pressure against the phone buttons. Often the phone will adjust volume on it own and want to turn off the phone, sometimes the phone will boot up in safe mode because the case is holding down one or both volume buttons down as well as the power on button.IF they FIX the quality of how the case buttons contact the phone and it would be an amazing case.I plan to use a razor blade to shave off the length of the buttons on the inside of the case to avoid constant contact with the phone button. Ugh. They are so close to making this perfect.

I really want to like this case. It came yesterday and the phone fits snugly inside and is completely secure. The front screen cover does not affect how you type or navigate (with other screen protectors you have to type harder or try a few times). The sound quality is not affected at all by this case. Pictures are not distorted by the screen protectors covering it (with one exception which I will explain below). All the edges of the phone are protected. And it's not super bulky - very sleek, clean cut, sturdy design. I feel that my phone is completely secure in this case and will not scratch, crack, or break.But I do have 3 issues with it:1) You have to be super careful with the fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint sensor was working perfectly after I installed it, until I realized I hadn't gotten all the dust out of the inside of the case before installing. So I took the case apart and wiped the inside of the case including the top of the sensor. Bad bad idea. The sensor is sticky so the dust just stuck to it more and now the sensor doesn't work at all. I tried so hard for about an hour to clean off the sensor, but it turns out that once you get dust, or any kind of dirt or fibers on the sensor, it will not work. And once it gets dirty, the sensor becomes so much more visible on the screen.2) With the Galaxy S10+, the back of the phone has three cameras. When you try to use the camera that is the wide view (completely zoomed out) you can actually see the edge of the case that wraps around the cameras. Pictures attached: the first one is the regular view, and the second one is the zoomed out view. As you can see on the top bottom and left of the picture there is a black outline. That is from the case partially covering the camera.3) My last issue is really not a big deal because it doesn't affect the functionality. But it's just something I noticed and wanted to mention. There is a screen protector over the cameras and the flashlight. The protector over the flashlight was wrinkled when I got it. Again, the flashlight does work perfectly fine, but it's just something that caught my eye and is visible when the phone is laying face down.Overall, I really really really want to like this case because it had everything I was looking for. It is super secure, snug, sturdy and there's a screen protector for the front and back (including for the cameras and flashlight) and most importantly it had a functional fingerprint sensor. I only gave it three stars because of how sensitive the fingerprint reader is and that makes it hard to keep clean. Although it's a waste of money for my first order since I had it for less than three hours, believe it or not, I went ahead and ordered another case to replace this one because I really really want this case to be "the one." When the new one comes in I will just have to be super careful about cleaning the inside of the case (don't take the fingerprint sensor protective film off until it has already been cleaned). And I am really really hoping that the next case that comes has a big enough cut out for the camera that it won't affect the shot in wide view.

Been using this case for 4 years now. They are awesome!
