A Very Happy Ending
This is a most wonderful addition to our back yard but it would not have happened if not for a person by the name of Laise who, when I found out that I was missing a piece of the structure, a fitting, I had emailed her and quickley recieved a reply and THEN found out YET again, I was missing some pieces,(screws this time) and thought that this was going to be some fun... but once again, very quickly was given a reply saying that those too would be shipped off. Well. What if no one gave a hoot?So thank you Laise. You really DO give Fresh Meaning to the word...Customer ServiceKeep on hiring the very best, keep giving great service.

in general bad engineering.
Wrong hardware, I had to go to the store to buy the correct hardware to be able to put it together, in general bad engineering.

Is OK but has some issues.
Found some rust in the connections joints after unpacking. Required touch-up. However, this leads to questions on durability over the "life of the product."

Poor quality
We bought this in 2008. I noticed while putting Christmas lights on it in December 2011 that the scrolled metal is rusted, crumbling and falling off so it only lasted for us for 3 1/2 years. I don't know why a gazebo like this would be made of such an inferior metal. A scrolled metal fence my parents had installed in 1967 is still standing and in good condition. I hoped we would have a lot of years with this but I'm concerned that it could collapse if we keep it up so it will have to go to the dump soon. I am disappointed because I always wanted a gazebo and when I saw this one I thought it was so beautiful. I never would have imagined it would rust and fall apart so soon after we bought it.
