very good. good price, easily worth it. hard to find Vitamin E without tocopherols.

E is supposed to be good for u. The tocotrienals are supposed to be more bioavailable. E is supposed to help with inflammation. I tried this e supplement and find there are no side effects. They have no flavor. Can't really tell you if they help, I takeseveral supplements at once, but I am going to continue to take an e supplement. And most likely will stick with these because what I like best is the size... they are teeny tiny... So easy to swallow.

I cannot say anything about this product other than how I came to know about it and decide I needed to be taking it. I’ve been watching a show from Japan on NHK World called “Medical Frontiers”. One show was about research that found that tocotrienols kept tumors from developing blood vessels, effectively stopping their growth. At the end of the explanation, the researcher said that viewers don’t need to find and take a tocotrienols supplement because it is abundant in something they eat every day—brown rice! My wife and I love brown rice, but only have it monthly, or so, thus the supplement. As an aside, I’ve never seen brown rice featured in any of the “Tips for a healthier life” segments at the end of each show.

The last bottle I got had at least one capsule that was leaking so all the others were sticky. It's a good product though. You have to be careful when buying tocotrienols because a lot of them are mixes of tocotrienols and tocopherols which is not good.

I take one-a-day for hypertension - and my BP has come down a noticeably after a few weeks.

Grade "F-minus". Was extremely disappointed. The capsules were solidly glued together. I couldn't even get a single one of them out of the bottle. First I tried to separate them with a spoon, then a knife, then poured a little warm water on them - at which point they melted into a gooey mess. So, was a totally useless purchase.

We started taking Tocotrienols when we found out tocopherol is synthetic and causes some cancers. Tocotrienols are natural and prevents and reverses many cancers. If I had cancer I’d take 1. 50mg tablet two or three times a day.

So far so good. Small and easy to swallow. I read that this is great to combat soreness from exercise and also good for skin so Im taking this. Less soreness since I started taking it. I
