Surebonder 9600B Pneumatic T-50 Type Upholstery Stapler Kit with 6,250 Staples, 1/4-Inch - 9/16-Inch, Carrying Case Included (Air Compressor Needed but Not Included)

My poor couch leather was torn up from my dogs jumping on it, but I didn't want a new couch as this one is a great size and shape for the room. I got some upholstery fabric on clearance and decided it couldn't look any worse, even if I did a terrible job. I thought I could use a hand stapler, but realized after the first staple that was not going to work. I needed something fast so I could get this project done, so I ordered this one and got overnight delivery. It was cheap, and I really wasn't sure it would work. But it did! Staples drove in easy (I used 9/16) through the wood and multiple layers of fabric. Didn't make a dent in the included staple supply, so there's plenty left for future projects. Made this job so fast! I finished in a day. The stapler is small and light weight, which I really appreciated. Now all I need to do is sew new cushion covers, and I'll have a brand new couch!I'm generally nervous around power tools, but this felt safe and easy to use. Not too loud either. I wore some reading glasses to cut down on air puffing in my face and provide some eye protection. The included case is a nice bonus, as I can store it dust free until the next project. I imagine this will be handy for all kinds of projects, but it is perfect for upholstery!

I bought one a few years ago for a project that didn't happen, but this weekend I final had a reason to use it and wound up putting 1500 staples through it without a hitch. I must say it's absolutely fantastic. So much so that I just poured over the rest of their product lineup only to my disappointment that pneumatic tools isn't their main gig, it's otherwise lots of glue guns. I guess if I ever need one then I know where to go.

For the price and that it comes with a variety of staples. Lots of staples. This is a great buy. If you're trying to put a new cover on a motorcycle or ATV seat. Buy this. Very happy. So are my friends cuz I keep loaning it out.

I recently ordered a seat cover to replace the worn-n-torn one on my old Quad-runner. First tried using a telephone installer hand stapler to affix the new cover to the bottom of the seat pan, but those staples didn’t begin to penetrate the pan with that wimpy hand-stapler.I ordered this power stapler, which arrived in two days, as predicted.Oiled it per instructions, put in the chosen staples, set my air compressor regulator per instructions to 90psi and went to town. It worked flawlessly! 1/4” T50 staples supplied with the stapler went right into the seat pan fully, and the seat covering looks factory new again.This is the best recent purchase I can even think of. Highly recommend for upholstery work. Does require an air supply, but even a small air compressor that can supply regulated 50-100psi (max) air should do the trick.Thumbs up!

This unit has an extended length on the part that delivers the staple. This makes it much easier to staple in tight places. I have a bunch of t-50 stainless staples and they go through fine without jamming up. One negative comparison, the unit head will require more effort to clear jammed staples. I think i'm going to like this one very well.

This is a well made staple gun. It's compact and easy to handle. I got it to replace the seat cover on my atv. Worked very well and staples held everything in place well.Wish it had an easy jam clear face plate on it but so far I have had no issues or jams.Perfect inexpensive option for the occasion user.
