This is a 240 volt 20 amp extension cord which is only suitable for very specific applications; which may explain some of the very weird review comments that said "prongs in the wrong place" and "not compatible with anything in the USA". It works fine when used properly. The extension cord ends are NEMA 6-20R (Receptable) and 6-20P Plug). If you don't know what that means then this may not be the right extension cord for you.

Using this to connect my car charger to the 240v 20a outlet at the back of my garage and has been doing the job well. Feels well made. Does not get warm at 16a overnight charging.

I ordered this as "Used," but the only thing about it that looked used was the box! Someone bought it & couldn't plug it into their 15 amp outlet. This is not an issue for me. I know what a 20 Amp configuration is.Nice quality. Exactly what I needed. Thanks!!
