Good product

Did a complete rebuild on my finish mower this past spring including sandblast and powder coating, used these spindles all summer and they are doing a great job, rub smooth and i feel confident in recommending these.

Took a chance based on the other similar Italian brands, and this spindle fit the Kioti KRM03-60. I would recommend keeping and re-using the existing spanner nut if you can, the threads on the included nut weren't deep enough to get low enough so that the nut sat below the level of the top of the spindle. Aside from that, this is a perfect fit, which is nice because its harder and harder to find parts for these older Kiotis. Thanks to the seller!

Maschio spindles are installed from below the mower. Caroni spindles are apparently installed from the top. The weld on Caroni is between the flange and the top half so it interferes when the unit is inserted from below. That said, the weld is a very consistent width. I widened the deck hole by 1/4 inch all around and everything else fit and worked perfectly. I gave it 5 stars because the part is good quality. The description needs updating.
