Got these for replacements on my 17 Ford Edge Titanium mirror puddle lights that were corroded and dim. I wasn’t sure i would like the LED but man is it bright and nice to have in dark areas to see where you’re stepping. Yes, they do fade (dim) to off like the factory ones when they turn off. I haven’t noticed any buzzing noise when the dim or whatever others have mentioned.

I have to say that Dorman products always have top quality. These lights were the perfect replacement for my old puddle lights. No sound as described in other publications... at least not in my case. The lights dimmer works perfecto when turning on and off and the brightness is at least 5X more than the original lights. Installation was a breeze... only 5 minutes. Recommended 1000%

Love that these have the factory connectors & fit perfectly. They are nice & bright & fade like the OEMs.Build quality could be more consistent; one does make a faint buzzing noise while it is fading on & fading off. Not sure if it's annoying enough to return, so I put it on the passenger side.

These are the exact same lights that some Ford Dealerships and auto stores are charging $70 to replace. It takes about 5 minutes to take the old one out and put these in. Perfect, much brighter than the original.
