HUAWEIP30 Pro - Smartphone 128GB, 8GB RAM, Dual Sim, Aurora Blue

Excellent dispatch. Ordered 01.00 am arrived 3.00pm same day. Phone arrived well packaged and exactly as ordered.Only niggle is that the keypad is small for my fingers! Probably all phones are the same these days! Have to keep checking for typos before sending messages!!! Only had it a few days so still getting used to the functions. It's slightly bigger than my last Huawei, has quick charging to 100% and holds its charge well. Good value for money. Have'nt used the camera yet.

The P30 Pro is the last of the Huawei P series to have Google Services and has a reputation of having a great camera system, battery life and interface. I wanted to upgrade from my P20 Pro and honestly couldn't find a better phone (for me).New, they are still around £600+ and the second hand ones are around £350-500 go I was attracted by the price from this seller.Reading the reviews I was worried but noticed that the bad reviews were from older reviews, up to date reviews were good. So I ordered and then saw that I might have to pay import charges!The phone arrived a day late, I think because it was being prepared prior to final shipment.It didn't come in an original box, just the phone, charger and cable.The phone was immaculate, no marks, damage or anything. Described "as new" and it was!The charger isn't branded Huawei but is a 40w Adaptive Charger with a UK plug. It works fine, faster than my p20 Pro.My only irritation is that a standard charging cable was included and so couldn't achieve fast Charger rates. I swapped it with a higher capacity cable and it was fine.So, no Italian branding, no foreign charger, dual sim. No import charges.Ignore the critical reviews from the past, in November '21, the phone is excellent.

No stars but it wouldn’t let me … (long winded but bare with)…..bought in February 2024 as a replacement for another Huawei,after 6 months screen started to flash/ flicker . I did write and complain through Amazon to the seller….. you guessed it no response…!!!!!Fast forward to March 2025 the screen kept locking me out and couldn’t get on my phone at all .. After several attempts (about 20 minutes) managed to get on it and saved everything on it …. However when I was looking through and looking about warranty etc …. I found out the warranty went out of date 2020 .…it was sold as a “NEW” phone not refurbished NEW…😡

I liked the phone itself but it had a few differences to my old phone, which I could live with, but when it started to lock itself while it was in use was a little infuriating to say the least. It was returned as it was an intermittent fault and wouldn't be able to be replicated in any way.

Phone worked for about 2 weeks before it started going completely wrong. Apps wouldn't open, it was lagging BADLY and the battery was absolute garbage. It wasn't refurbished properly and the battery was literally banging around and rattling inside the phone, casuikg it to turn off constantly and not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. It became unusable entirely within only 4 weeks of purchase and has now been scrapped. Complete and utter waste of money. Would give -5 stars if I could.
