Andux 12pcs/Set Golf Iron Club Head Covers Number Print Long Neck with Zipper

I started using iron covers for two reasons: Protect my quality irons and remember not to leave one lying around (club cover in your pocket is a good reminder you left your sand wedge at the last hole). These due very nicely. Zippers are good quality and the ribs are a very nice feature. Like other reviewers I read here (and I hope the manufacturers are taking notice), I could wish the side panels were a bit sturdier: they keep the clubs from banging together but get shredded rather more quickly than I would like (I am about to order my third set in three years - I play about 72 holes a week). However, they are cheap.. er .. inexpensive and great protection. And they look pretty snazzy too. Oh, forgot to mention. Many quality irons are subject to corrosion and their manufacturers recommend you not use covers which trap moisture with the club. I own Mizuno MP-4s which are particularly susceptible. These covers under panel is a vent mesh that lets the moisture out. As long as I am careful to wipe down clubs before I cover them, I have had no problems with corrosion.UPDATE 2019: Back to buy three more sets, still the best I have found (and I have been looking). Besides the sides that shred (need better padding and strength), the zipper sliders loop has an open notch on it that tends to hook/stag the material in a golf bags slot collar. It is a bit of a distraction during a round when your 9-iron refuses to come out to play....Still, these are very serviceable, provide good protection, and look very sharp. You could do a lot worse.

Having tried a couple of other sets that didn’t fit my clubs, I was pleased to receive these. The long-neck design and zipper mean they fit great, are easily removed but won’t come off accidentally. Matches my bag and gives me a bit more protection for my clubs.

Bought these to protect my irons during travel. So far they have 4 trips on them and are holding up well and doing the job for which they were purchased. Irons go in easily and the zippers don't catch up or down.Several trips this year, so we'll see how they hold up.

I rate these a solid 3.5 stars. Honestly, I got these covers because of the colors they come in. They're not ridiculously skimpy in the padding, but there is lots of room for improvement there.The zippers are good. I've never had a snag or instance of them being hard to zip or unzip.It is extremely easy to slip these on and off the different clubs. I like that the numbers are big and bright enough to read from a short distance.I was looking for purple covers that were reasonably priced and not shoddy materials. These are good enough to do the job, but I don't expect them to last a long time. I think they're going to last long enough to the point where I'm ready for an upgrade anyway.

Do the job for what I wanted done, protect my Titleist irons from banging each other all the time. Easy on and easy off and a full set at that and the red and black look good!
