It's a good product and much easier to order than find in grocery stores.

the small print on the back of the box says "May contain shellfish, fish, egg, milk, soy, and sesame." which is label-speak for "This was manufactured in a facility that handles those things and may be cross-contaminated with them." Such "contamination" is very, very rare, but if you're strict, you may want to look at other products. Otherwise, the product is fantastic.

I’m vegan and this is my favorite all-purpose seasoning! I’m so sad I can’t find this in stores anymore :( But as long as we continue buying it they’ll continue making it. I am so in love with this seasoning! A must try even if you’re not vegan!!!In my opinion, I do consider this item vegan. When it says “May contain” then proceeds to list non-vegan ingredients, it just means it is processed in the same facility as those ingredients. Which many vegan foods are.You will not regret this purchase. This is the best all-purpose seasoning. Even if you’re not vegan I promise. Just try it. You won’t regret it I promise!

I am vegetarian and can’t find this in my local store so I order these. Taste good.
