It cleared the fine bumps on my cheeks. Reduces body odor, most noticeably my menstrual cycle. I add a tablespoon to my juice every morning. I prefer to mask the mint taste with the juice, but it isn’t intolerable to take alone.

Good price but didn't like the consistency of the product

This stuff is amazing. Another review talked about the lack of minty flavor but minty flavor is not a natural taste to Chlorophyll. That’s something that other products added to make the taste “better”. I personally would never want that. Sounds disgusting. This barely has any taste. The only time I noticed a taste was when I had a smaller glass of water. It just tasted green and healthy (hard to describe). I don’t really turn up my nose to anything healthy though. I can eat spirulina, morninga, matcha, chlorella, and not care one bit about the tast cause I know how good it is for you.But this has been the best addition to my health regimen. My skin is glowing after only 2 days. I feel good, very clear headed and clean. It’s also very easy to drink. I try to drink a glass of water immediately after waking up and sometimes I struggle on some of the gulps lol. This makes the water taste smoother and I can down it in a second. I don’t think I’ll ever want to be without it.

This product is exactly as described...UNFLAVORED chlorophyll (as stated). It does not have mint flavor added as some other similar products do. The directions state to drink one tablespoon mixed in water or juice. I can only tolerate it mixed with grape juice. I mix it with five ounces of grape juice followed with drinking water to rinse out my mouth. I have absolutely noticed a change in body odor and my skin. I have not noticed any weight loss benefits as some have asked about or claimed.I keep mine refrigerated after opening. You must shake it well before using. It is green. It will stain if not used properly. It has a “natural” grass/leafy-like smell and taste.I absolutely recommend it for help with body odor and skin.
