Q: Hello! which nato rail size is compatible with this mount? the one i found has three options: 4cm, 7cm and 10cm. are either fine to use? thanks!

It will fit on the 4cm rail, therefore it will also fit on a longer rail like the 7cm rail and 10cm rail. I've used it on 4cm and longer rails. You don't need anything longer than 4cm. A longer rail would give you more ability to move the mount once you screwed everything together, but it would also take up more space on your rig.

Q: would this also work on a different cage if the holes matched up like the Niceyrig?

This connects via NATO rail. Your cage with either need to have a built in rail or you'll need to attach one.

It works well with a 7" Atomos Monitor.

You do not need a cage, only a nato rail which can be attached with a simple screw to a tripod/rig/etc.
