The reach
It works great to make the swing under the car, so I can command solenoids while testing.

Love it t. Connecting to the obd2 fits very tight and doesn’t fall out.. 4 power probe parasitic tester, but works great for our drb3 to get it around the car!

Extends the reach of my D8 Scan tool
Just an extension cable for my diagnostic scan tool that allows me to take it up front to the engine when I'm working with it. This allows me to work with the camera that I bought at the same time. That will be in a separate review.I gave this four stars for one reason only, it simply plugs in but doesn't lock the cables together. You'd have to be mindful of the limit of your reach or you might accidentally unplug it.

Super useful for diagnostics
Originally just bought so I can extend the cable on my launch scanner so I can bring under the hood or car, which it does well with. It’s also awesome for testing pins in obd port without having to crawl on the ground. Just used it the other day to see if resistance was good on CAN terminals. Also works well for extending smog machine cable for BAR97 smog machine while testing rv and extending range on DAD for OIS smog station.

It's an extension cable for OBDII connections
It works. What else is there to say? Easily plus in the dash, and your scan tool. No sharp edges, pairs well with your choice of scan tool, and a cup of coffee.

Great OBDII scan tool extension cable
Arrived well packaged and undamaged. This cable allows me to have my scan tool in hard at the front, sides and rear of vehicle with cable to spare. My scan tool connect to the vehicle as if there's no extension attached(most scan tools can be really finnicky about extension cables especially budget branded one). The extension is very supple on flexible and seems to have no memory unlike the original stiff and cumbersome cable that came with the scan tool. This was something I've been needing for a while, no more running back and forth to the cabin to see data on the scan tool
