Source Natural products are high quality. This product is something I'm trying for controlling blood sugar levels. Too soon to tell at this point.

Doctor recommended it to me, along with probiotics. It is a good product, and the Seller was wonderful to send it, so it came early.

Using as directed on bottle and not internet advise.

Haven't used very long, but bought because they're all natural.

I bought this suggested brand after discussing using Berberine with my doctor to stabilize A1C so it would stop creeping up. I had blood drawn before taking it and am writing this review after my most recent test; conclusion: it worked, minimally. It can cause GI upset and I've determined it's not worth the price, so I'm switching to a different method: cinnamon! Also, this contains fillers you DON'T want or need, so a different brand, a more pure form would be suggested. It did reduce my appetite, made no difference in Lipid Panel Results.

I was showing levels of pre diabetes and after I started taking Berberine and a normal diet my levels went back to normal and my colesterol went down as well

I take quercetin and gynostemma with it to stay lean
