Product was excellent and working perfectly.

Purchased this early Nov last year, no return option on Amazon, have emailed puremate and will wait and see if the are true to the warranty, Amazon sold this to me and under the law they should take back defective items that are within the warranty period. The unit hasn't been used that much, very soft water area next to zero calcium in our water here, touch buttons unresponsive just a red light on continuously, expect better.Update, customer service is awesome at Puremate, they responded very fast indeed and are sending a replacement out to us, So I have to change my star rating to 5 as good, let alone awesome, customer service in this day and age is very hard to come by. If I could give them 10 stars I would, the unit when working is very good and imho a must have for folk with an acoustic piano, ensures the humidy never drops below 45% which here, in winter before buying the puremate it went as low as 27% and the puremate saves me having wet laundry in the room to keep humidity levels acceptable, plus the houseplants enjoy it too.

This one ticked all the boxes. It has warm and cold mist with ioniser and as well aroma essence dispenser. Just the touch control can be little bit fidelly to use but I don't find it that much of a problem it works. Decent amount of steam. It doesn't have like humistat or like screen but who needs it. Its silent I only can hear water bubble. And my room went from 35% on humidity to 65% a lot better feel and my skin is nice and I don't have dry throat anymore. And I love how it looks I bought this one as its white with silver. Just my UPDATE make sure you using softened water if you use warm mist that using little heater that warm water inside just make sure you use something like I do brita water filter as with tap water it will build up so much limescale it will gett nosisy plus it will multifunction. Since I only pour brita filterer water it works like charm. It does not like hard water lol. I wanna keep it as its only humidifier that looks nice.

Amazing product! I suffer with Sinistitis a few times a year and also have an allergy to dust. I recently had tonsillitis and decided to give this item a try. My throat and sinuses weren't dry and my throat felt a little better after one night of use. After around a week of overnight use and strepsils during the datly the tonsillitis cleard up completely. Its also great for people who suffer with asthma my like my dad. He used it for on night and had the best sleep in ages and woke up fresh with no wheezing at all!

Ok had this about a week.....The non responsive buttons are a big pain to be honest , you have to keep pressing to get them to respond and sometimes I have to give up and leave it on what I’ve managed to get to work. Buttons are for steam power which control 3 different coloured lights depending on how powerful you want the steam and an ionizer button, you can also have hot or cold steam . I bought this as I have a husband that snores like a train and I have breathing problems. To be fair it has helped his snoring , it’s not as loud now and could be a placebo but I do feel a bit better in the morning . I’ve tried it on my dressing table next to my bed but the random gurgling noise every few minutes was a bit annoying as I’m a light sleeper , the actual steam is quiet .Overall a good machine and Im sticking with it for another week to see if there’s a knack to getting the buttons to work better......if not it’s going back .....Be interesting to know if this is a fault as a few reviews say the same about the touch controls , be a good machine otherwise .

"I love our PureMate (PM805) Humidifier. It's as effective in our open-plan front lounge as it is in our bedroom and easy to move from place to place. Very easy to fill, clean and maintain, and with its own built-in ioniser and aroma functions the family have been able to put it to a variety of uses - effective to purify the air (giving my wife and I are much better sleep) and lovely to fill the house with the invigorating or soothing aromas of Essential oils: lavender, eucalyptus and oregano being our favourites.The unit is attractive and compact, so it is always unobtrusive and with 3 different settings (low, medium and high) it is very easy to regulate to suit personal requirements and room size. Friends and family who have visited our home have been keen to know where they can purchase the same unit for themselves."

The concept of this is great but it just doesnt work. However I had two. Both leaked from exactly the same place. The aroma function is a total utter waste of time even with the strongest smelling oil i could find it was useless. I got a device for £29 in the end, works with alexa and its amazing. Dont waste your cash

It leaks but in all other respects it works just fine. I even found the touch switches easy to operate and I normally have to get someone to help me with the touch screen photocopier at work.
