2 1/2 years old, on a covered door, out of elements, seldom used, by seniors.
We have loved the functionality of this lock/handle set, but the finish started coming off. It turned to a sticky surface, like grabbing a handful of honey. I wiped it with a soapy cloth and rinsed, which made it a bit less sticky, but more finish wiped off. It now looks even worse, and is still sticky.The company gave me a song and dance, asked for photos, then sail it looked like our keys did this, (making it sticky?). They later said, regardless, they do not back their finishes. If so... why ask for photos, right?Do NOT do business with this company!
