bought this set of two bells for the front desk at the hotel I manage, and they’ve been perfect. The sound is crisp, clear, and loud enough that I can hear it from the back office, but not so loud that it startles guests or becomes a disturbance. They’re small, sturdy, and reliable. Having two is also a bonus in case one gets misplaced. Definitely a great value and exactly what I needed for my front desk. 10/10

I have never been able to find bells that don’t break. These are very sturdy.

Not a toy - but starting from when our grandson was about 5 (he's now 8), whenever a meal is ready, I ding the bell once when his meal is ready. And if he happens to be helping in the kitchen in our home, he gets to ring it (once) and he yells "ORDER UP" when something being prepped in the kitchen is ready for someone else. It is actually funnier than this reads...You get two, but they are well made (all metal). We've only used one so far.

It’s very easy and load to use

This product delivers exactly as advertised. I don't use this as a service bell. I guess I do, but my customers aren't people. It's for my dog who uses this bell to ring if he needs to go outside to go potty.

Good quality, good sound.
