I tried buying a generic type of nose pillow and it absolutely did not work and was a complete waste of money. Buy the ResMed equipment if that's what you have, don't waste your time and $ with the knock-offs.

Cushion was a perfect replacement. Knock-offs did not work for me.

I'm going to keep it simple. It works flawlessly. Half the price of the ones through my insurance. Great product

Here is the thing to know. You either like the F30 system or you use something else. There seems to be an appearance of third-party cushion replacements lately, at the same sort of prices we were paying pre-COVID ($18-22US). The high price point of OEM (2X the third-party) look pretty attractive. I expect that dealing with the few who will accept FSA/HSA makes the OEM more expensive too. This is why I take away one star. Not for the product, but for the economics.Oh, that thing to know? Always buy the ResMed OEM cushions and headgear and you will never be disappointed. Having to live life with a plastic octopus on ones face at night is enough...

This is extremely similar to the Resmed product. It fit fine and the quality is fine

This is the replacement pillow for my CPAP machine. It fit fine, but I find that replacement parts for CPAP machines are outrageously inexpensive and there is a monopoly on them and you are at the will of the manufacturer. I do not believe that a CPAP pillow should cost $50 and one needs to replace it every month.
