It's a great cable which works for it's intended purpose. Unfortunately it didn't do what I wanted it to do, and that was to connect two monitors to my thunderbolt laptop using MST technology. The laptop is a Windows laptop which supports MST and the monitors were configured correctly, however this adapter was unable to pass on the MST signal to the second monitor sadly. I did however find that It worked great for connecting my phone to a secondary screen which will come in handy at some point, so I'm keeping it!

I use an M1 MacBook Air with a Dell monitor. It connects perfectly from USB-C on the macbook to DisplayPort on the dell. Doesn’t work via an unpowered hub, which HDMI does, but would work via a powered hub.

not much to write, its just a cable, it works as expected. plug usb in to my work laptop then plug DP in to monitor and it works, it hasn't broken, it hasn't caused me any problems. idk why im even writing a review for a cable on amazon on a Wednesday afternoon. I need to do something with my life.:)

Got this to link my MacBook Pro to my monitor and it did the job well but then I noticed there were some sparkly lines appearing on white screens and it started to flicker. I contacted the vendor and they immediately resolved the situation. In my experience such complex items as HDMI and Displayport cables have many points of failure but if they are going to fail, they fail fast. In this case, I measure the worth of the company in resolving the situation and Benfei were excellent. Happy to recommend and I will be using them in future.

I was looking for a cable to connect my wacom. Everything was wonderful but the cable didn’t work.I needed a usb-c with display port alternate mode and this didn’t work with the Wacom.

I originally bought this for my iPad Pro 11” M4 to my LG monitor. I was happy with the quality and how it works very well! Then a week later I made an impulse purchase for new Mac mini without thinking about purchasing anything else. When I got home I realized I didn’t have the cable for this to connect to my monitor. Then I remembered this cable for my iPad so I tried it. I was worried it might not work considering it was a cheap cable. It works! It gave me beautiful 4K quality on my 4K monitor. Tried it with my 55” OLED 4K TV with HDR turned on. Wow. I’m blown away! I’m so happy with this purchase!
