Did not disappoint... it is good.
I read some reviews and was bit skeptical but it tuned out great. I was expecting it to me glitchy but it has been working flawlessly so far. It does take about 25Mbps of bandwidth on you router (which is why they don't recommend) but I don't use it all the time so it is fine. There is encoding and decoding lag when you compare with live source but that is expected. There is no AV sync issue. Image quality is good, no sign of pixelation. Over all, it is really good 👍

Very good product to run HDMI over Cat 5 or 6 wire
Use this if your AV source such as your Receiver or Cable Box is far away from your TV, such as in a closet or in another room. It also works well if you have a normal direct HMDI cable between your source and TV and want to extend to a second TV that is in another room. Of course you need a Cat 5 or 6 cable already run or be able to run one. The product works perfectly as advertised. It is very easy to use.

not real 60p at 1080
First, I'm from Argentina, South America, so, my english could not be perfectWell, there are several brands of this HDbitT extenders, mostly named LKV383 and the PRO model adding HDMI out on the sender side. They work pretty well even using an inexpensive point to point wireless bridge for over a mile with one of these extenders on each side of the antennas.BUT, beware, every single LKV383 device has the same problem, 720p and 1080i works like a charm, compression is almost unnoticeable, but at 1080p60, there's some frame lost... like a "not perfect smooth" movement... if you use it for video with your camera more or less steady, it's quite perfect, not quite good, it's almost perfect, like a person speaking sitting in a desk, but NOT for sport.. no... you cannot use it on some soccer, tennis court or whatever sport you can imagine except billiards !! movements will be compromised... anyway, my review is positive...i hope the new ones with 4k support does not suffer this sort of picture degradation...

Super reliable! Direct connection using CAT6
I had to split a signal in a classroom and the main problem I had was splitting the hdmi signal already going to the projector. I had purchase an HDMI splitter but due to the length of the HDMI going to the Projector which I believe was more than 25ft the signal was week and I was not able to use that so I remember I had already some of this gofanco sets around the campus and they worked great so I just purchase another set. What I ended up doing was purchasing 2 25ft HDMI cables one to go from the computer to the transmitter then the other from the receiver to the TV. I use a 3ft HDMI to the faceplate that is connected with probably another HDMI cable (more then 25ft long) to send the signal to the projector and to connect the reviver I used a cat6 that was already installed on the faceplate with a foot long cat6 patch cable to the receiver, then the 25ft down to the TV. I am only giving you details to show how much I pushed the limitation of the signal based on recommended lengths and I still manage to get a 1920x1080/60. I also have another receiver on campus that I connected to the network, that I use to monitor the CC system in multiple offices, I use 4 receivers for that purpose. I probably need to understand more on exactly how over the network system works but for me it was a plug and play experience using gigabit switches. Maybe the price seems a bit high but I know the results are always great.FYI.I did experiment to see what happens wen you plug two transmitters to the same network and the receivers goes nuts trying to pick a signal from either or. This company had another system that actually works with multiple transmitters over IP, I will try that one next time.Thank you,

Simple setup
First I will state it works as designed. The setup is very simple and the devices have low power consumption. I am using these devices to connect my NVR which is located in my wiring closet to a HDMI port on my bedroom TV. A knock on the door I just press one remote button to see who is at the door. This device uses multicast HDbitT to send the information to the receiver(s). Because of the amount of multicast traffic this device will produce, I do not recommend using it with a network switch that cannot handle multicast data. If the switch does not support multicast it will still work by broadcasting the traffic to all switch ports not just the one the receiver(s) are connect to. The effect this has is adding latency and unnecessary traffic throughout every segment of your switched network. Basically this mean the other devices on your network will be less responsive and in some cases may not respond. Of course, there is no issue if you use a direct Cat5E or better cable to connect the sender and receiver.

Did not work for Reolink NVR. No signal regardless of following directions.
I wanted to extend the signal from my Reolink NVR to my TV in the master bedroom. I saw this gofanco available and "claimed' it would use my HDMI out, from my NVR, go through my ethernet switch and convert it back to HDMI on the other end and where I plug into an HDMI port on the TV. I used the setup visuals that were supplied and followed them exactly. It would not work. I tested all of the cables and they were good BUT just to be sure I used different ones...it still would not work. It always says "Check Transmitter Input", but the input is fine. I purchased this set (one transmitter and one receiver) and 2 additional receivers so I am out $200. Too much time and money wasted on this product to end up in disappointment. I do not recommend this product.

Excellent solution for 100 foot run between security DVR and flat screen TV
Installed exactly as promised. Beautiful full 1080p picture on distant office wall. Note that you cannot route the ethernet cable through a router or switch or Eero mesh network. It MUST be ethernet cable direct, even if connected to ethernet wall outlets and extender cables - as is my system. I had tried another brand with terrible results. This was easy and absolutely a duplicate of the locally connected monitor for the DVR.
