Solid and dependable
Used a LAN cable to connect to our modem, used the phone app for settings. Now we have the strongest and most consistent wifi we have ever experienced. Great product.

Technical issue with AC2300
Had an issue with the ac2300 router not detecting internet. Called tp-link tech support (chat) and they solved the issue very quickly. Very satisfied with the support.

All my smart devices have wifi again!
I love smart devices and we reached the point that the devices overloaded our older, inexpensive router, but my husband didn't want to spend several hundred dollars on a larger capacity router. This refurbished router was the perfect compromise. It works fine and can handle my 70+ devices without a problem, so I'm a happy camper again.

TP Liink C2300 Router Fastest ever purchased
If you want a very fast router this is it. Very easy to connect and set up, I have speeds I havent had with previous routers. Definitley made a huge difference very happy with the purchase.

Better Range Than Expected
Working from home means your workspace is teathered to your wifi connection. Before this router I was limited to indoors. Now I can sit in my garden without connectivity issues. Been using for over a month and haven't dropped the connection yet. Setup was quick and easy. Great router!

A refurbished product - not listed in item information
This router seems to be working fine since we installed it. Our signal is good and we don’t seem to have excessive buffering. However, the item we received is refurbished, NOT new. This information was not in the listing.

TP-Link Router Support Excellent Service.
Tp-link Archer C2300 Ver 01 Technical Support.Technical Support was for my router that I have had for a while with my iMac desktop. Excellent service for me not being a technical person. Alexa was very supportive and explained steps to me to resolve an issue with weak connection. Alexa helped me reset my router and continue to the preferred tp-link web page for router updates. Changes in software and updates between computers and routers sometimes do not quite align. However I was confident at the end of my support call that some of the issue were changes with Apple computers and their internal updates. I was able to read supporting documentation. The router is running as it should and I will continue to run my iOS updates for my iMac when available. Thank you Alexa for your call today and follow up documentation.

Stopped working properly in a year and a half
Started rebooting randomly after a year and a half. Had to buy a new one to stay reliably connected.Reaching out to seller now to see if warranty can help cover the defective item.
