Impressive for size & price!
I previously have purchased BlissLights Sky Lite and Sky Lite 2.0 - they were just okay... Perhaps worth it when on sale, but not at regular price. There were lots of improvements that should have been made and those purchases left me feeling kind of... Meh... about BlissLights and the possibility of buying any other of their products, as I recently noticed that they have made quite a few more kinds of projector light sort of products. I wasn't hugely let down by Sky Lite/2.0, but enough so, especially for the price and the fact that just even a few small changes/feature additions/fixes could have made them infinitely better and more enjoyable, that I just couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on any of their other products. However, this product was something I kept eyeing since it was relatively cheap, and by far their cheapest offering. But that also meant that I expected very little from it - I mean, how much do you expect from a little USB powered projector that is <$10? So I kept it in my saved cart items to watch for a sale, or just some random day when I decided to give it a try.And there it sat - I forgot about it even being in there. That is, until Amazon sent me an alert that it was on sale. And sure enough, it was. A few bucks off, in fact. So I immediately pulled the trigger and bought the blue one. It arrived quickly, and I tempered my expectations, especially once I removed it from the package and saw how small it was.I also saw the USB plug it comes with - which, unlike a lot of stuff with the Sky Lites, that little plug "cord" actually was great! It isn't a cord, really - it's a flexible, posable thing... You can move and pose it in any way to perfectly position the projection of the "stars". Not a regular cord that has no rigidity and just hangs... This one can be positioned however you like and it will stay... I'm trying to think of a better way to explain it, but I can't, lol. But the pictures of the product should show you.Anyway, that allowed me to actually plug it directly into the big surge protector that I have mounted on my wall, which has smart USB outlets on it as well (USB outlet that can be turned on or off by Alexa). I then could perfectly position the projector towards the ceiling and opposing wall of my living room. Now, when it said it "fills your whole room", by no means did I expect it to actually do so. Not anywhere close. I didn't expect it to even do maybe but 1/3 of my small apartment living room ceiling - I mean, for its tiny size and tiny price, you gotta have reasonable expectations. So I plugged it in, positioned it, and (by this time, it was after dark) turned out all my lights to see what I was working with. And I was blown away!It did fill the room! And more. I get some of the projection even in my nearby bathroom, into the hallway towards the kitchen, and the stairway wall. But all over the living room ceiling and most of the walls. And, I really want to note that I expected the "stars" to look much worse. From the images, they looked all the same brightness and pretty much in straight rows, like just dots in a row. But in person, it doesn't look like that at all! There's lots of stars that are different degrees of brightness, making the star positioning look more random-ish.It's very bright, but not at all so bright that you can't sleep with it on. It's the perfect nightlight, lol.So, all in all... Very impressed! Especially for the price and very compact size. And also, I actually love that it's USB powered, as you can actually plug it into a power bank if you want to... Could even put it in your car, though it could be a hazard if you don't position it right and the light is in your eyes (or another driver's eyes, yikes lol).

Exactly!
A lot of the other room pattern projectors are just way way more than is necessary. THIS product has exactly what I wanted... it projects the pattern on the ceiling and most of the upper walls area, which is PERFECT. No bells and whistles, just a comforting ambiance pattern over most of the room (12 x 12 ft bedroom). Also tested it in a larger room (18 x 20) and it fills the ceiling only, which is fine for a large room.Very satisfied, and I am going to buy a few more of these so we won't have to move this one from room to room :)

Beautiful lights look like the real $1500 stars
These lights are great at night, people will ride along u looking at your stars 🌟 I have these plugged in the back facing up. The only thing is the gooose neck will move around while u drive so thats alil annoying. I'll probably just put sum tape around the neck 2 make it stay putt

Great little star projector
Super cool! Have had it plugged in every night for 8+ hours each time and after 5 days no problems. It's either on or off, no adjustments. Covers a 16' x 16' ceiling no problem.

Great dots
Got this for my daughter to "ghost hunt" with. She hooks it straight into a portable phone charger and it can light up an entire 20 foot room.

A few caveats about usage
I really wanted to like this more, and it does what it listed to do, however...1) In many of the usage pictures above you get a false impressionThis is *laser* light, you do not want it at eye level or below, as you'll look at it and it will hurt your eyes, even if you're not at an angle to see directly down into the device...For example, I set mine on the USB port of my monitor and pointed it up, the tip of the device peaks out and for the most part while i'm sitting down I'm ok, but when I get up to move, I have to intentionally look away from my monitors because otherwise I'm in the path of the laser beams. Also, to get nice FULL coverage of the ceiling, it HAS to be placed low, meaning the likelyhood of it being in your eyes is HIGHER... sure you can put it behind something, or up higher, but then you get a smaller scattering of 'stars"Also the gooseneck of the laser isn't very strong. I've got to lean it against the edge of the monitor to keep it in position, if I bend it up to where I want it, it starts drooping back down - this is typical of most USB LEDs I've seen like this.all in all, it's a nice effect and can really wow people in a dark room if used right, but I feel like you get a false impression of how you can use it. Don't plug it into the side of your laptop, cause you're going to look down at your keys for something and get an eye full of lasers. if you put it behind your computer, mind where you put it - it will need to be above the top of the screen otherwise you'll block out half the ceiling from the laser.
