These are rough dimensions as the baskets are flexible-The top of the basket diameter is 12” -the baskets are 14” deep and the bottom ring is 8” in diameter.

Q: How big are the mesh holes?

Hello, It is more of mesh than a wire like poultry wire. The holes are very small when expanded - maybe a 1/4” minus?

Q: Can these be used with trees?

For trees, such as palms and ferns you will need a 15-gallon Root GuardTM Speed Basket or Heavy Duty Root GuardTM Basket.

Q: Is the mesh thick enough to stop rats?

The mesh is knitted stainless steel and the holes are approximately 1/4"
