Great Phone
Pixel 3XL is a great value at this price. Phone came in mint condition with no issues. I already got the new Android 10 that was released. The camera takes amazing pictures and still have 2 years of unlimited Google photo storage with pics and videos taken on this phone and 2 years of guaranteed updates. Only 2 knocks on this phone, 1 is the battery life. It's not the best and have to charge it several times throughout the daymb 2 is the screen brightness. This is a very dim panel. It's great, but I keep the phone on 100% brightness to have the best display. Anything under 70% is too dim unless you're indoors.

Love it.
Great phone for a great price. The big front facing speaker gets loud, if you want it to. The camera is awesome and the phone appears like-new to me. Works on Verizon.

Great except for battery
Only had it a few days but Love it. Camera is great. Runs fast. Screens span calls. Seems to be in good condition. Battery totally sucks. I ordered a battery charging case to see if that fixes it. Want something that will last all day without being attached to a charger. If that doesn't fix it I will return. But I figure at this price point to get a great phone if the charging case is good not to shabby.. If anything changes I will up date review.. Phones are a big choice. But so far so good. Everything came with it and it works. No scratches ect

Certified Pre-owned is the way to go!
I took a risk by buying a certified pre-owned phone, but now I'm glad I did. I was coming from an original Google Pixel XL phone which served me well for over 2.5 years, but recently stopped receiving security updates and was needing to be charged twice a day.So, I upgraded to the 3XL phone to give myself another 18 months of Android OS and security updates. I did have an issue trying to activate the phone using the old SIM card from my Pixel XL phone, but I called Verizon and they were able to assist. The phone connects to the Verizon 4G LTE cellular network and works seamlessly on my 4G network extender in my house.Aside from a broken non OEM charger and the initial activation issue, the phone has been flawless ever since.I added an OtterBox case and a glass screen protector to further protect my phone.Saving nearly $300-500 on a new phone and not being tied into another contract made this decision a no brainier and will be the path I take for future phone upgrades.I may end up switching over to Straight Talk service down the road to get a better price and data plan, but for now I'll keep it on my Verizon plan.

More than a little janky...
I got the phone on same day delivery due to having a series of family issues to deal with and my old phone was suffering from random shutdowns. I was expecting a little more ... clean presentation in the delivered product. It came in a plain white box, it did not have the USB adapter for transferring data that comes with the new product, and it came with a samsung standard charger instead of a fast charger. I would return it if I had the extra 500 bucks to float ordering another one.EDIT: Within 30 days, it bricked while playing an audio book and returned the item.

Great Phone on Straight Talk Verizon Sim
Upgrade from the original pixel XL.Great value.. works great we are using it on the Straight Talk Verizon plan/sim and it works great.I was impressed. We didn't have to change the VPN or settings at all. Just put the SIM in and did a data transfer from one phone to the other and everything started working great.

Like new but charging port was filled with sand and the battery if iffy....
When I initially opened the box I was like... WOW, this thing is brand new, but when I went to turn it on it wouldn't even turn on, so I was like WTF!!! So I figured it must be completely dead, so I went to charge it with the included charger and c-type cable and the it wouldn't go all the way in. So I got a magnifying glass and looked at the charging port and there was all kinds of sand in it. So I took a small pipe cleaning brush using some 91% rubbing alcohol to clean the port out and let me tell you there was all kinds of crap in the charging port. But I did finally get cleaned out with that and a can air. Then after that I let sit out for a few hours before trying to insert the c-type charging cable into the charging port. And when I finally did that the c-type charging cable went easily into the charging port. And the phone reported 0% battery level, and it took nearly 13 hours to charge the phone, crazy!!! Anyway, for phone that is supposed to be renewed one shouldn't have to go through all that I had to go through!!! Anyway, the phone is working now but battery performance isn't great, I have it just sitting on the counter and I haven't done anything with it, no call, no texts, no nothing, and in 4 hours time it is down to 46%, which is all kinds of BAD!!! Anyway, I think I need to check the batteries performance level because my old pixel 3 xl which I have sitting next to this renewed phone is at 82% running the same apps as this renewed phone. Yeah, I am thinking I just a renewed phone that was heavily used and the battery can't hold a very good charge anymore!!!

Amazing deal!!!!
I was hesitant after reading some reviews. I have Verizon. My sim card was a different size (checked ahead). Good thing. I go in 1 Verizon store, they tell me same size. I get to activation, card is too big. I go to another store, they ask for new phone. They activated my phone. It was really easy too. Everything transferred (texts, photos, etc.). I told her thank you. I dealt with 2 people at another store and they weren't as helpful as her. She said her store was a certified store. The other store wasn't. They work off commission and won't do anything that isn't commission. Make sure if you have Verizon, you are in a certified store (you can't tell them apart). It's only been 5 hours. Phone was in mint. I love it. I had a Moto Z. It was a very easy switch. MORE IMPORTANTLY, A SUPER DEAL!!
