I'm 5'3", 145 lbs and I bought a medium. I have broad shoulders and I'm short-waisted and this fits me perfectly! Most T shirts I buy are so long, they cover my butt which is ridiculous. This T shirt is just a normal length. First T shirt I haven't had to hem in years! If you are long, tall and long-waisted, perhaps this shirt would be a little short, but for an average person's build, it should work for most people. It also washes up nicely - no shrinking or mis-shapen after washing/drying.

The shirt was comfortable and fit well but the pink was a pepto bismol shade of pink and not Heather Pink which was what I ordered.
