Well built, easy mounting
Being a retired union elevator mechanic, I'm used to mounting devices that are under a lot of stress, and I'm totally impressed with the craftsmanship and everything about this device.

1 year usage still going strong
I've have this item for a year now. It's been working great. Only complaint I can think of giving is when I punch on my heavy bag there's metal flakes falling onto the floor. I have to sweep quite often to keep it picked up. But it's not broken yet

Awesome mount
Best one I’ve purchased so far. Just hung up my 250lb bag. There’s a groove in the middle do it doesn’t shake back and forth. My other mount doesn’t and shakes loudly so I can appreciate this one. No issues.
