Came very quickly (next day!). Good price. Fitted perfectly.

Plastic tap handle
Got 18 months use out of this so not too bad, but the actual tap is made of plastic, not metal, and now needs to be replaced again (second time) because it's worn down.I don't now want to spend another £30 on the whole fixing when only the plastic tap handle needs replacing so won't order again.

Red ring heater tap
Arrived next day. It is important to remember that once fitted and the water heater is working that the tap is not over tightened. It is designed to drip for a while after use.
