Mountfield Genuine 81006512/0 Lower Handle

Fitted my mower in a matter of minutes - these are a bit prone to bending in heavy use so a replacement was needed.A great product that was delivered VERY quickly - thanks Amazon - great service! Cheapest price I could find too at just over £14 delivered.This lower lawnmower handle will fit most petrol and some electric mower with two deck fixing holes.The only criticism I could make is that the dimensions on the Amazon web description leave you wondering if it will fit! There was no measurements when ordering so took a risk as needed it.. its a bit shorter but can get by and the holes are closer don't line up so will have to mess about redrilling to fit if all measurements had been there then I would have known if it would fit without messing about

Solved a problem!

There are no specific measurements on the Amazon product page. However, the package size is listed as ‎78.2cm and I needed a 75cm handle. The actual size is 65cm which is too short.

Quite sturdy , holes did not align exactly but with a bit of jiggling got it set up on lawn mower

Lower part of handle snapped. Ordered new one from Amazon. Got wrong part as my lawnmower was older. Why can’t manufacturers add -1 etc as they introduce new models. As a customer we only have models number. I had to pay £6.00 to return the wrong item but new part was much more. I would like to thank Julie for helping me get the right part.

We ordered the right handle, but the screw holes were not aligned and we had to drill ourselves to make fitting possible.

Easy to replace and the lawnmower is back working again
