This book has a quality of a hearty home cooked meal; it's slowly braised in the passion-powered oven; it's made with a delicate combination of fresh ingredients (quantitative research and its long-term applications); its aroma has a lure of the fusion cuisine. Add to that a dash of historical flavor in developmental child psychology and you have a very palatable, highly nutritious food for thought. But wait, there is more! I will share this meal with my students.

The book was like new. Perfect condition and it has helped me a lot in my job as a teacher! I really recommend it.

This is a companion to Gardner's book on Multiple Intelligences. His idea of museum type school environments is something that homeschool families can do on their own.

Interesting and informative reading. Although not an easy read. Helpful to understanding the benefits of thinking outside the box when it comes to education.

My professor asked us to choose from a variety of Gardner books and I chose this one since I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. I recommend this book to any aspiring teacher out there.

I ordered this book, because I am taking a class that required it. The information is good and relevant to education today, however it is not an "easy read." I would suggest reading it with someone and sharing your thoughts.
