Easy to follow with great health tips

I had this book when I was a kid and it used to have color photos in it and was much larger. Was disappointed this one was paperback sized but I still use it as a quick reference for anything from colds to what plants give you natural energy. Highly recommend for anyone interested in natural remedies.

I like this book very much. It has very many solutions in it which are available for many illnesses. I had this book before, however I lost it somehow. That is why I ordered it once more. It contains mostly herbs that can be grown at home, unlike other books that detail the uses of herbs that are either unavailable or unlikely to be grown at home.
