Silent and comfortable to use
Quiet clicking and scrolling. Very comfortable as well, I prefer this to the M220 as it is more robust

Need to use dongle even if PC already has bluetooth
Surprised it will not work with the built in bluetooth in my Dell optiplex 7070 so I lose usb port! Also mouse is quite small so that if you hold it in palm of hand (as shape invites) you feel your middle finger scraping the mouse pad and you cannot press buttons - and I have smallish hands. Otherwise nice basic mouse.

Not totally quiet
While the clicks are significantly quieter, it does not address too well two other sources of the noise from using a mouse:1. When you land the mouse to the desk. The cushioning is not enough to make it quiet at all.2. Scrolling is still a little loud.All in all, it is still not quiet enough for me to use in a baby room or if you are sharing a bedroom with others, which is a whole point of buying this mouse in the first place for many people.
