Fortin EVO-NIST3 Stand-Alone Add-On Remote Start Car Starter System For Infiniti Nissan Push-To-Start Vehicles

This was a complete plug and play installation for my 2015 Nissan Rogue push to start! Literally took me 10 min to hook up and program the module. I spent a total of an hour and half, removing trims, placing the remote starter and putting everything back in place.Even though it is an easy job I would recommend to do some research, do your homework before starting. There are great YouTube videos out there that you may use.My fortin unit works great with a Linkcar unit.Overall it is a great product fo DIY.

I ordered the EVONIST-3 because the Fortin Site said this is THE kit for a 2014 Nissan Rogue with push to start. I did the installation (Harness and Evo-All module) per the out of date and shoddy directions on the site. At the final step (integrating with start button) the LED indicator lights went out instead of processing. So I went to the Fortin Site. What a MESS!! It doesn't list the EVONIST-3 in it's troubleshooting guides, but does list he EVONIST-1...which includes a lot of manual wire-ups and has nothing to do with the harness version included in the EVONIST-3. A hood switch was needed...or not...as neither group of intructions was clear on that.They urge you to download a troubleshooting app. I did. It says enter the service number of the module to verify the correct version is on it. After moving out of the app to my PC (Cine the place to enter the info can;t be seen on a 0phone app), I entered the info in the search bar. The site takes me to my account page. No module info, just my account page. I submit three service requests to clarify WHAT I need and WHY the module blanks out. No answer.I scroll through the support section. Nothing of any help. Eventually I get indication that I need to purchase a decryptor module AND a Flash programming module to set it up in it's most rudimentary functioning. No thanks. By the time I do that (With no guarantee that fixes the issue) I could have purchased an INSTALLED unit.Others may have succeeded with this unit, but it is not user friendly and definitely was not plug and play.

Awesome, super easy to setup and program. The plug an play of the t harness made my rouge install a 15 minute cake, not a single wire needed to be cut or spliced. NOTE THIS REQUIRES A FLASH MODULE THAT IS SOLD SEPARATELY

(O.P.)NO technical support, NOT stand alone, requires you to purchase more components to make it work.We purchased the components but could not find ANYONE to support it. The company website says it should be purchased by a professional installer but not mentioned on the Amazon site.Again, NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT! Very unhappy!(UPDATE 12/20/20) I reinstalled the wiring harness, and only 2 hours later, the remote works. I had to reflash the key information and ground the Yellow/Black wire. Thank you to Fortin.CA for the excellent customer service. No, they do not support the product to the end user, but were kind enough to offer enough information to get this working. Do NOT purchase this from a supplier that will not support it!

Installed on 2015 Nissan Rogue SV. Easy install, easy programming. Fortin is my #1 choice for remote starts! I've installed them in 3 of my personal vehicles and installed them in several of my friends vehicles.

Very Easy to install. All plug and play. You will need the fortin flash link device to set the correct setting for your vehicle and program the key with the decryptor.
