Is the packaging all recycleable? i.e. the material that the bars are wrapped in?

The cardboard packaging for our Nakd and TREK bars is 100% recyclable, biodegradable and made with wood from a sustainable forest. Our bars film packaging is not currently recyclable at household level due to a lack of schemes available across the UK. However our wrappers can be recycled with other soft plastics at carrier bag collection points at the larger stores of major supermarkets

what is the best before date? Thanks

I have just received some which I bought for a longish trekking /survival expedition over summer /early Autumn and am very disappointed that they only have a few weeks left for 'best before 'date and so will be stale before we even set off as we're still in March. That's the trouble when you buy online --you get all the stale stuff that the shops don't want! I always say, never again, but I still keep getting sucked in because it's easier to buy in bulk online when you have a lot to organise. But ---Never Again !!!!!

Do these have caffeine in them?

Yes however we are not required to declare the caffeine content of the bar as it is very insignificant.
