GNC has great product but for the last 20 years they have buried themselves in poor service, slow shipping, and wacky website issues. Amazon will get the product to you in less time and for most of the time a better price.

You need to take this an hour before you workout, start off light and work your way up 5 pounds every week on the bench and dumbbells it's to easy. I also stack with the Men's Extreme training which helps you get out the run of I want to go to the gym but I'm tired after work feeling, if you take it it's like a 8 hour red bull pill that you should also take an hour before workout

Make sure your near a toilet, if you know what I mean. As for strength, well I think your better off taking a powder creatine.
