Purchased for family member with flat feet. He loves them. Says insoles are durable and bring relief. Would purchase again.

When the package arrived, I immediately took out the old supports in my walking shoes that had come with the shoes and replaced them with these new arch supports. I walked in these sneakers for my morning 3 mile trek; very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone even if they don't have problems with their feet or back. As for sizing, the chart gives you both men and women's shoe sizes together and it is is very easy to figure out what size to buy. I didn't have to trim the arch supports at all. Just inserted them where the old ones were. EDIT: you do need to break them in so your feet get used to them. In my case, I switched them from these sneakers to ones that were older and broken in and wider to make wearing the arch supports more comfortable since I threw away the box and could not return them.

I have used this brand of arch supports for years. I have also ordered other brands but always come back to these.They have the good reviews for a reason. If you have painful feet, knees, back or hips try these first for a couple of weeks before scheduling an expensive Doctors appointment.

In my experience of using them the power step insoles are the best and most durable. I have a high arch and the power steps like this one have a very firm secure arch, and are very comfortable. I’ve tried a number of the different models of the power steps, and this one is a nice cross between cushioned enough and having a high enough arch and durability so far.

Great for flat feet. These work great in my sneakers!!

I have a high arch to begin with these did not help with my heel pain. They may help in other areas.

These are perfec for plantarfaciitis!

Terrible, these insoles are very hard like steal, they hurt my feet more than any relief. Waste of money
