Amazing little machine! It works great and saves us a lot of time - fast motor, quiet operation compared to other machines. We have been using the manual machine for quite some time, and this is 10x better. Note: We have used this for hydrosols, which has a water-like consistency. Will update the review after we try for light oils.

Works very well. It’s a bit hard to setup because it comes with minimal to no instruction, but thankfully I’ve had a similar machine in the past so I wasn’t starting fresh.

The media could not be loaded. Unit arrived defective. This was the first attempt at using item. We were busy with other facets of the startup and did not anticipate the filling equipment being defective. Having reservations about ordering more equipment from this vendor. How this matter is resolved will determine our future patronage.

This item works, simple instructions, decent quality

Instructions were really lacking. The consistency wasn't what I had hoped it would be. I filled about 100 16oz bottles and I had to increase the fill time as I went as it pumped a little less as I went along. Started at about 22 second fill time and by the end of 100 bottles was up to about 28 seconds without changing fill speed. Adjusted about every 10 bottles. I was hoping it would level out over time, but it didn't. At least not yet. That being said, it was way easier than doing it by hand. It would be nice if it would fill as you hold a button just to adjust levels when it shorts a bottle. And it might, and I just haven't found it yet as the instructions are so poor.

Use for Low alcohol (low flammability), no sediment, water like or light oil liquids only. The booklet shows that olive oil is too thick.This is not a per-mL system. It is a rate of flow per second dispenser. The booklet shows what the dispensed volume of water should be per second with different speed settings. I found this to be inaccurate. It Can be dialed in fairly close but trying to hit a specific volume, let’s say 30 mL +/- is very difficult.For example, I primed the system fully with the syringe I set working time to 1 second and the speed to 2, and 21 ml of water was dispensed. The next dispense was more like 24 ml, and the next 19 mL.I tried different rates and working times and came up with inaccuracies.Also, make sure that when you’re dialing in your flow rates to not to allow any air bubbles into the line because this will throw off your mL per fill until the air bubbles are worked through.Flow rates will vary between liquids of different viscosities so I really do like that I can set up and switch between several different sets of saved parametersI think that this is a decent dispenser for volumes where a few +/- mL difference is not important.If this is the case, this is Much better than trying to manually fill containers and is Much more accurate than my shaky hands can pour. If you’re filling up 50 bottles, it also Greatly speeds up the process!The system itself seems to be well built and of good materials.3.5 - 4 stars depending upon specific needs.
