very capable and durable
I decided to purchase this set after spent two weeks trying to take down a brick flower bed using Arbortech AS170 with limited results. The set is very capable tackling the mortar joints. It quickly took apart and separate the mortar from the brick nice, neat and quick. I took down the flower bed within 4 hours! The chisel I used on the project was still in excellent condition, not even a slight hint of scratch on the blade.

These are some great, durable chisels
These are some great, durable chisels! I use them for rock hounding and they can sure take the pounding! No pun intended

Nice little Chisel Set
Haven't used these yet in the field but product comes as described. Chisels seem solid and look exactly as advertised. Unless I do some very severe chipping at rocks I don't see these breaking or bending anytime soon. I have always trusted Stanley tools.

Stanley Cold Chisel Kit
These chisels worked like a champ (or at least a J-3 Cub) the first time I used them on an unidentified rock that turned out to be Galena (the primary source of lead ore). I now plan to use them (after talking with experts at the Pendleton District Gem and Mineral Society meeting on August 20) on several "interesting" specimens I found last week while "mining" an unsalted section of Mason's Mine in Franklin, NC.

Good for Texan rocks
Combined with my rock hammer these chisel's make rock collecting a breeze due to the fact that i live in Texas and most of the rock is either limestone or sandstone these are great for extracting fossils or breaking clean through an interesting rock i enjoy using them and love the sturdy design no the edge has not gone dull the only thing i dislike isn't even a big deal the yellow on the end rubs off against the rock pick again not a big deal I am extremely satisfied by the pricing shipping and stability of this product.-10/10 IGN

Great Chisels and Good Quality!
Bought these for a geode hounding trip and I'm glad I did! Coupled with a rock hammer, these helped us to crack hundreds of geodes. Easy to use and good quality! Solid steel and did not break or get damaged. I highly recommend this set as it comes in three different sizes.

I guess they will work
I guess they're OK, I used to split the die cast threaded clamp off the bottom of a sink. They dented the metal but i wouldn't say they cut it. Ultimately, i resorted to a dremel to get an opening started and then these worked, but they weren't really doing much more than denting the metal. Once the dremel cut a slot, they worked. I didn't see any damage on the chisel though.

Perfect for rough use
They're chisels. They're built for brute force and as such are not dangerously sharp to the touch. Did very well cracking open geodes and splitting rocks. Perfect for rough use, especially the largest one.
