About 250-300ml. good quality but small.

I would say that you're looking at buying another one because the lid that houses the cord is very well sealed. If you have someone who is fairly handy at fixing things and is skilled enough to open the lid and replace the cord,that may be an option as it should be available online or you could buy a cord from a d.i.y retailer. That may be easier said than done during lockdown though.

I would say YES. It's cut everything that I've tried so far....onions, garlic, celery, carrot, basil, coriander... brilliant gadget...just experiment with how many PULLS of the cord very carefully to get the texture you want, I had a few fails after pulling too many times : )
