Can't live without
I've had two of these so far, and it has been perfect, it makes talking on the phone much easier. I also have the charging case, and 100% recommend that as well. I use this for 3+ hours every day, and when my first broke (I carry it in my pocket whenever I leave the house/office, and it lasted 3+ years, so I don't fault it for eventually cracking), I ordered a replacement within a day.The sound quality is great, my only small complaint is that I wish the volume could go lower. The physical buttons work great. It fits really well (I did get aftermarket ear tips which made it even better) and is comfortable for hours at a time.

Everything I Was Looking For
In the past I have owned 2 voice activated blue tooth phones of another brand. I was satisfied with them but like everything else they finally quit working. I could no longer get that brand so searched the net for another phone that would allow the hands free communication with the calls. To handle a call the phone announces the caller ID and ask to answer or ignore. If ignored it takes the caller to your voice mail. I find it works great and has the ability to make calls also if your number is listed in your contacts. It has the ability to redial the last number called with 2 little clicks on the headphone. It is easy to use, the sound adjustments are very good and easy to operate. The only complaint I would voice is it comes with very poor instructions. You can download an app that does help and I found better assistance on Utube. They do have a contact number for help available. I will mention the size range for the actual cushion that fits in the ear are very satisfactory and the way you change the size you want is far superior to any Bluetooth I’ve had in the past. It is a lot less likely to be a problem. The other brands had slip on rubber pieces that easily came off where this phone actually is locked on when changed and very secure. I am very pleased with this phone and definitely recommend it. Indiana has passed a law that as of July 1,2020 it is illegal to use a cellphone while driving but hands free are fine. I wear glasses and also fit over sunglasses with no interference from the ear piece.

What happened to Plantronics?
I’ve had many Plantronics devices over the years, and it seems they’ve given up on quality. First (and foremost), the device can’t seem to maintain its Bluetooth connection. This requires accessing the phone repeatedly to reconnect it to the device. The noise cancellation and sound quality used to be 5-star, but not anymore. The battery alerts aren’t very useful because their estimates of “time remaining” are very inaccurate, and they get more inaccurate as battery life declines. This is sufficiently problematic that the device has shut off several times before I’m able to switch to a different headset. Lastly, the device seems to not fit nearly as well as previous products, especially if you wear glasses. The way it’s configured, the earpiece tends to pull away from my ear…or the portion of the device behind the hear pulls away from my head. I don’t use it anymore. It was a waste of money.Addendum: I bought a new iphone 14 to be sure that it wasn't my phone that was the problem. The Plantronics/Poly device still can't maintain a Bluetooth connection with the phone. It's also very erratic in terms of when/how it answers the phone: sometimes it auto answers, while other times it asks you if you want to answer. Sometimes it tells you how much talk time is left on the charge (would be a nice feature), while other times it just tells you "battery high, medium, low, recharge headset" (not as useful). So I dropped the rating the from two to one stars. It's a worthless...but expensive (not a good combo).

So far I really like the Voyager 5200
Only been using this for a few days. That being said, I like it. I’m Getting used to something hanging on my ear but the more I wear it the more you barely notice it’s there. I was power washing my truck and took a call while engine was running....I had no problem hearing, and the person on the other end had no problem hearing me. I’ve read reviews about the volume of the earpiece not very good.....I discovered that not only should you adjust the volume on the earpiece all the way up, but your phone also has a Bluetooth volume control. With both of them all the way up you should have NO TROUBLE hearing the person you’re talking to. As far as battery life, I’ve not owned it long enough to give a good review.....it has stayed fully charged the couple days I’ve used it. I do not talk on my phone for hours at a time so.....time will tell. I recommend downloading the Plantronics Hub app. It gives you control of your device thru the app and you can set all settings thru it and that is convenient. A user guide as well as a Q and A is on there too.I recommend this product.....so far. I will update if I have issues. 4 stars only because of the few days I’ve been using the Voyager.

Most comfortable blue-tooth device I've ever owned.
My ears hate having anything stuck inside them, so this was a must. Came in great shape. Battery lasts very well. Sometimes disconnects which is really annoying when your trying to have a conversation! When it works well, it works well.

Don't buy this version of the 5200!
This new "Poly" version of the 5200 is horrible!
