Great Book for non-lawyers/dummies
I got so much out of this book, I bought it twice. I couldn't find it when I moved so I bought book #2. It is easy to use & read but don't take it to court w/ you. I was an owner & a renter. When I looked up Tenants Rights Laws in NC , I saw there were none but here comes book #2. A great comfort & help to me because there are rights for individuals, PTL. You MUST go to court , so be ready. Court is scary but this book helped maake me fierce , stepping on my rights as a human. I like most " Dummies " books but this one is great .

Literally saved me for exams
Easy to comprehend, really well organized. Bought on the advice of an older student and it got me an A! So happy, will definitely use more of these in the future

I purchased this in the hope it would clarify one (1) specific topic. Not so much. But it did help with other topics.

A must-have for Property Law
I use this book as one of my supplements for Property Law. It is so helpful. It's explanation of adverse possession is extremely clear and helpful. It doesn't go over every topic that you will likely cover in Property (for instance, it doesn't cover the requirements to gifts). However, it is still very helpful in some important topics so I highly recommend it.

"Supplemental Learning?" More like LEARNED EVERYTHING
For any 1L (or lawyer), this is an INCREDIBLE real property supplement. I learned so much through the plain language and straightforward layout. I read every single page, so I can honestly say that it is completely worth it. Property is complicated, and vocabulary is imperative to understand, and this book does a great job teaching (and reminding) you of what everything means.

(UW Law) - Not required...but a "must have"
This is not a required book for 1L property at University of Wyoming, College of Law....BUT! It makes a HUGE difference. Easier to follow the class and understand the elements of the concepts! Professor Romero is a great teacher and this book makes understanding difficult concepts very easy!

Good for "plain speaking" interpretation.
1L in law school? Need a refresher for the bar? Confuddled by property? Try this. I got one for Contracts and it was amazing. This one is no different.
