Manchego cheese is my favorite cheese to use in making an adult grilled cheese sandwich with tomato, fresh basil and black olive tapinade. This seller is very quick to get my order out and the packaging is good. The cheese is still cool when it arrives. The price is a little higher than I would like but it does include free shipping.

An AWESOME, rich flavor alternative to cow's milk cheeses which I'm allergic to. Speedy shipping, BUT......by the time the cheese arrived it was WARM because the shipper did not ship w/ dry ice nor in a styrofoam box (just a Priority Mail envelope)! The little cool pack in the envelope was equally warm when it arrived. Cheese was not spoiled, BUT....I am a bit nervous about shelf life. I would definitely like my next shipment in a styrofoam box w/ an ice pack.

No salt and it even tasted gross! Uneatable! Went straight to the trash. A waste of money and remember...no returns policy from this seller!

Used for evening snack before dinner ....it is prefect and flavor is devine when paired with fresh fruit.

I prefer longer aged Manchego. This wasn't aged as long, though the web description was accurate. I just missed it.

This cheese was very tasty. It arrived with all ice packs melted. I was worried but the cheese wasn't completely warm so I ate it anyway.
