This was a bday gift for my grandson's 9th bday. When I ordered it I was worried it wasn't going to make it to him on time because he lives in ad different state. Not only did he love it, but it arrived ON HIS BIRTHDAY which was 3 days earlier than they had said to expect it! I was VERY pleased!!! Thank you!

I don’t have a picture because the kids just ripped tithe kit open and wanted to begin. Honestly to make the experience better I would advise parents open and read the directions in the kit before giving to children. You’ll sound smarter then a fifth grader and be prepared to answer any questions even when your hands get messy.

I’m not so sure my granddaughter did. It looked like work rather than just therapy putty she loves to manipulate.

The only kit I found like this. My 8 yr old loved it! All ingredients are pre measured so she did it mostly on her own. Only downside is after about an hr the balloons break.

Daughter was excited to make the squishy balls. Ended up being really hard to “pour” some of the mixtures into the balloons - even with the funnel. They were too sticky and thick. Ended up being more frustrating than fun. Would also have been nice if the kit came with talking points on the actual science - this is a stem activity so would have been nice to talk through how the ingredients react with the kids.

My 8 year old granddaughter - a science lover - enjoyed this kit so much that I bought her a second one. She was able to follow the directions and make all of the items (slime balls, oobleck balls, sensory jar) included. She used mainly the red and yellow dyes, and recently used blue. That's one of the HUGE problems - keep reading...What others have said is true: the balls (just balloons, really) break easily, especially in hot climates. When they break, you have slime or oobleck (cornstarch mix) EVERYWHERE. it's a huge mess to clean upEven more troubling is the blue dye. it doesn't come off easily, and on some surfaces, it doesn't come off at all. On our hands, a vinegar and baking soda combo took literally 30 minutes of scrubbing to even make a dent. Fingernails are impossible to clean.Just today, one of the blue balls she made yesterday exploded in my daughter's car. (This does wonders for the mother-daughter relationship). My granddaughter is a mess, literally and figuratively.What a shame - she so enjoyed using this kit, but the finished product has, quite possibly, ruined the upholstery in my daughter's car, and as a result, caused my granddaughter a lot of distress. So much for a "fun toy".Manufacturer: If there is any way to have a more easily washable dye and stronger balloons, your kit would be great - until then, buyers - use at your own risk.

My granddaughter really enjoyed this...she made only one so far but enjoyed doing it and being able to make one the way she wanted it....Great seller, fast shipping for holiday season. Would buy from this seller again,,,thanks for making her christmas great.

My son loves these kits. He's ten and it is age appropriate, less geared towards smaller children like some of these kits can be. Materials are good quality, instructions are easy to follow. Will likely purchase again!
