These work well. Just remember each persons gut biome is slightly different so you may need to experiment on dosage. I found I needed 4 in the AM and 2 in the PM. After that I found these effective and a good value.

These are essentially the same as the name brand product! They come in the easy to carry packets, so I throw a few in my purse, wallet, car, and other areas. It's great I can get double the amount for the same price as a 96 count of Lactaid.
