The chair was carefully packaged and extremely easy to assemble. It’s firm but not to hard for me. I got the purple color and it’s exactly as shown in the pic.

The chairs itself are beautiful but overpriced. I bought a different set of chairs and wanted to return this one. The seller said the buyer is responsible for shipping but explain to me how when I went to UPS, they said the shipping would be $143 for one chair and $75 through USPS. That is insane considering it’s almost the price of the chair. Vogue Furnitures policy even says if your dissatisfied with the purchase, they’d give you a prepaid label but when speaking to a representative, they only offered to give me a $20 refund if I kept the chairs. I will never recommend this company.
