A wonderfulp iece of equipemnt that is so versatile.
My husband suffers from a bad back and since receiving this item has spends 15 minutes every day uisng it and it has proved excellent for improving the pain. It has a variety of settings which means that the manipulation is where it is needed at the time. Adding heat is lovely as it helps the massage to penetrate into the muscles in more depth. It sits perfectly on one of our dining chairs and looks first rate

Unknotted bliss
This is an amazing piece of equipment.I have had similar products before but they have never done anything like this massager does.It seems to be very well made and its massage effects are great. At first it took a little getting used to but the results are amazing.I will recommend you trying for yourself but do like I did and allow yourself to get used to it and enjoy the experience.

Wonderful!
I love this and am so pleased I invested in it. I have something similar in my hairdresser.... VERY expensive seats in there and I honestly didn't think this would be so good. It sort of is with a couple of caveats. It seems well made and those rotating massage balls feel to me quite like a proper massage up and down the back!It is quite intense. I ave had it a couple of days and think I may bruise myself!! ...but the makers have thought of this and (a) they have put a cut off after 15 mins so if you doze off you'll be fine :-) and (b) they have a sheet you can put down over it to reduce "intensity".So why 4 stars not 5. Well firstly, I hardly ever give 5 stars. Nothing is perfect, certainly nothing I do! The BACK bit is great with those rotating balls or however they do work the magic. But the bottom bit (if you look at the picture) that you sit on is not terribly comfortable and vibrates. I find that sensation a bit odd. Weird rather than nice. so I have literally folded my bottom section up behind the back section. This is fine, but less than ideal. Second thing, the intensity decreasing strip works reasonably well, but it is not wide enough. The slightest misalignment and you get the full force of the ball. If your seat is upright and you are wriggling against the balls it is fine without that sheet, but if you have a recliner and are essentially lying back you really need this protection and it will just push off to the side and leave you with full intensity. In summary I definitely recommend it. Don't want to be without it and think it was well worth the £80 or whatever I paid!

Quality
Bought as a gift, so not sure how good it is, had a quick go before gifting it, and it seemed ok

It's OK, but a few issues with it.
It does work quite well however I feel the massaging knobs should have been made from rubber rather than hard plastic. If you lean on it too heavily it can be a bit bruising. After a couple of days it started jolting and making a loud banging sound. Rather than go through all the aggro of returning it during the current lock down I decided to take a look inside. I unzipped the outer "leather" casing and removed the innards to find that a wire had come off at the top. The wire is attached to a metal plate which touches a spring and sends the mechanism into reverse when it reaches the top. I simply plugged it back on and used a bit of tape to prevent it from happening again. It was a simple fix (although it was a bit of a mission trying to get the cover back on) but shouldn't be necessary. It's an obvious design flaw with the wire and plate simply sitting in a loose slot, and easy to fall out.The vibrating pads are similarly uncomfortable to sit on. I think a softer, more rounded casing should have been used. Also, as some others have mentioned, it's not particularly tall. Being 6ft, I could do with another 9 inches or so in the length of the back rest. It's worth noting that the transformer has a 2 pin "shaving" plug on it, so you either need to buy an adapter, or find a suitable 12v/2a transformer. Being into electronics I just happened to have one to hand. But I wouldn't recommend using a different transformer unless you know what you're doing! One other little issue (nothing to do with the product) but when it was delivered to my business address at 9pm, and the offices were closed, the delivery driver threw it over an 8ft brick wall. It rained all night and when I found it the next day, the box was smashed and soaking wet, and was covered in snails. Luckily the machine was inside another box and survived OK.Overall I reasonably happy with it but there are some design and quality issues. I'll probably spend a bit more next time and get a better one though.
