I was skeptical getting this. I work on my feet on a concrete floor. I've had quite some sharp burning heel pain for weeks. Excruciating. I got new boots made for arch support and insoles specially for plantar sorry and they maybe took some edge offididn't think this song would do much more but I'm willing to try anything at this point. I wore it for 4 hours before bed to get used to it and it was uncomfortable at first but I was more used to it by bedtime. Enough to fall asleep. The next morning I woke up and as usual very cautiously put weight on my feet getting out if bed and the pain was noticeably much less. I'm halfway through my shift now and the pain hadn't increased much from that. I'm thrilled, really thrilled and completely confident in my purchase and leaving a review which I never do. I have large (male 13 us extra wide) feet and was very skeptical it would fit but it fits fine I'm near the end of the adjustment but it's enough. The metal rod is bendable and easily adjustable to a comfortable angle with a lot of room to increase it as I get used to it and need more.and I received an email from the company within hours offering me 20% off another one which I don't need at this time but still was impressive at the speed and quality of service

For me, this would be an excellent item for my plantar fasciitis however putting it on and taking it off can be rather uncomfortable. What I mean is the Velcro is secured under your foot and over the back of your ankle… To undo the Velcro under your foot is kind of hard to reach. And to put it on, takes great effort. Otherwise it keeps your foot in a neutral position and is very comfortable once it is on. It will be awkward to walk with, but it can be done. So the reason for four stars instead of five is because of the Velcro straps that make getting this on and off incredibly frustrating.

This is a really great product! I suffer from really bad plantar fasciitis on my foot. I tried a total of three foot splint devices and liked this one the most.The first foot splint was big and bulky and felt uncomfortable to walk and sleep with. It was like wearing a moon boot. The second foot splint had a velcro strap from the tip of toes and tied to above the ankle. The strap on this splint eventually ripped. This splint had no other retention for keeping the foot straight other then the velcro strap.This foot splint is GREAT! It is light weight, which makes it easy to wear and sleep with. You can walk with it and it isn't bothersome. You are able to wear a sock over this as well. This foot splint has a curved support that runs along the top of the foot in order to keep the foot from bending. You are able to bend the support strap to mold to the curvature of your foot.I have a size 12 foot and this support fits perfect. It straps ahold to your foot just above the toes and above the ankle area. It uses a total of four velcro straps to hold in place.My foot is loving the fact that its providing the stretch on my foot over night and I'm enjoying that it's not a BIG bulky foot support.

I tried this for a few nights and it did help a little. You can’t walk at all when you wear it so don’t plan on getting out of bed at night. However, I learned a place to massage my leg that has changed my life! There is a muscle or tendon that runs just to the right of your right leg and the left of your left leg that if massaged you immediately feel relief. Here’s what you do. Find your shine bone and locate a thin muscle to the right or left and massage all the way down to your ankle. If it doesn’t hurt like hell you haven’t found it. After massaging / applying pressure all the way down your feet will stop hurting. I have had plantar fasciitis for 20 years and this specific massage has dramatically improved my feet. I massage the muscle once a week and my feet do not hurt at all! I was in constant pain at work and when I came home. I’m a teacher so I’m up walking around a lot and it was awful. Please. Try this massage. My chiropractor showed it to me but even my osteopath had never heard of it. It really has been life changing for me. I wish you all the best.
