I ordered an eight pack keyed alike last time and got number 201. now i need to order some two packs. how can i be sure i'll get ones keyed 201?

The green part of my lock broke off. Unable to place it back on to use the key to remove it. How can i remove it with the key?

Still can't get the lock off. Watched the video, have the right key (the number on the key matches the number on the lock). Help!!!!?

I turned mine on both sides. It's eventually off. Just ensure to level the lock when you turn it.

put key in and rotate can not remove

There are two sides to the key make sure you have the corresponding numbers on the key with the lock. Insert the raised side of the key toward outside of the lock. Once you have placed the key in the lock as for as it will go turn it Counterclockwise to remove and clockwise to install the lock.
