Good smell but not so great and also not so hard .easy to rub and paste.overall a must buy at this price.it also comes with quality certificate. One thing is for sure that it is not fake .

Bought this product as it was listed as a certified genuine sandalwood product. However this turned out to be a piece of wood which has been scented & not genuine sandalwood .Would not recommend anyone to buy this product if they are looking for genuine sandalwood

Overall product quality is good, but I shall go section wise:Scent: The scent is mild which is normal for original product.Value: well although the price may seem quite high, I won't bother to pay that as the product is genuine, which is difficult to get easily.Warmth: I really don't understand much about it but my family members are happy with it in all aspect, so I would say it has passed in this field as well.I fact it comes with a quality assessment report, which I couldn't understand much about, but I think it is a proof of its quality, see it and decide yourself.
