Hi, I am a Prime member & I Recently purchased this product after a good search and comparisons and selected this one.Which was a good decision due to the following pointers as a first hand customer experience -1. Shipment came in time , in fact 2 days earlier2. Easy to assemble due to video and one page manual3. The best quality hose pipe I ever used. none is available nearby of this quality.4. Nozzle is quite good and has useful settings5. Fittings and inlet plugs are of good quality.6. Here comes the best part - one of the wheel's small block lock plug was missing in shipment. Hence I talked to Amazon agent and also called the Sharpex contact - Bharat Bhai directly and he sent the missing part as well as he was kind enough to send an extra one for free (photo attached). This is the best service I ever had from the seller of a product purchased online. Thank you Sharpex & Bharat Bhai for this. I am your happy customer by now.Suggestion to the end user -You will need an equally good quality pipe which goes from your garden tap to the inlet of this hose (not included). If you use a regular sub-quality one from market it will not be useful if you have high pressure and it may puncture.Else you can cut some 4-6 feet of the Sharpex hose and use it well.

Not a sturdy product. Hose is ok but trolley is awful. All the parts don’t get attached and stay attached. The wheels come out. I just bought it and Amazon wants everything in original packaging, but you won’t know until you use it. I am keeping it since I don’t have original packaging :(

Connectors are very flimsy, but hose is good. Difficult to move on its wheels.

I purchased the sharpex magic hose trolley for our terrace garden. The quality of the pipe is excellent and looks like like it will last for a long duration.The customer service is excellent which deserves an extra star.I had issues with the hose and it was promptly addressed. I do see the design limitation regarding rolling the hose on the stand as the lever is not functional and it involves significant effort to recoil after every use, work consideration for the next design version. Apaer from that it is serving its purpose

Included clamps are not good, I had to buy new ones from market.Should have included quick connector in the package, now buying it seperately

Bought this during the pandemic, and installed it a couple of months back as the previous one had rusted. It has a nice easy stand up design, but the quality of the handle and the legs are weak, I discovered yesterday that the front end had collapsed and noticed that the plastic portion of the front support had broken. Plus the handle used to wind the pipe keeps getting loose and comes undone.So disappointed with the purchase, have used sharper products but this one was a let down.
